You don't need to be a top athlete to join this holiday. We take into account everybody's level, needs and wishes of every activity. Don't be afraid you have to adjust on the level off others, with our experience in outdoor training, we can offer each activity in a way it's challenging and fun for everyone. To have the best experience tell us in advance what your wishes, needs, goals and/or training level is.
This outdoor holiday in Spain is full of outdoor activities, where you as an outdoor junky certainly wil find what you want. You can look for your boundaries competing with others and even more with yourself.
In the program are various activities which you can choose and together with the group you make your own program. Not everyting is mandatory so if you feel like relaxing in the morning or afternoon by the pool, this is possible .

Every day will contain multiple activities. In our outdoor holiday in Spain you start your day with breakfast and making a lunch to take. After this several days you'll have the option of joining a yoga lesson before starting with a whole day of outdoor activities. At the end of the day you'll arrive home where you can take a hot shower and diner will be made together. In the evening there's time to play a game, relax, chat etc.
Some of the outdoor activities:
We'll take you to a spot where are routes for every level. You can start at a level 3+ and climb until 7. We both are climbing instructors so you will be completely save up there. Just take the drill of rock climbing when you're here.
Trail running or hiking:
We take you to beautiful places in the nature of Sierra de las Nieves. We can hike to the highest point of Torrecilla or take long walks/runs choosing one of the many "senderos" of Andalusie.
In this typical Dutch sport you'll use strength, balance and climbing techniques to take the several obstacles. In a way it looks like the obstacle course like strong viking, but now every thing is build from nature. Check our photo's to get an idea or just try!!
This race you will compete in as a team. You can choose for a long (14 k ) or short (7 k) distance. During the race you have to go over obstacles, cross water, solve riddles etc. to find the right track.
Culture and "canyoning" in Ronda:
Ronda is an old historical place that we're going to visit. In Ronda you have the opportionity to rivirwalk including a jump from the waterfall. This is optional, you can also choose for a nice walk to the waterfall viewpoint.
Mountain biking in Andalusie is different and more challenging than in other places in Europe. Climbing and down hilling you have to do in every day trail. When you're a beginner we will teach you how to do this and when you got more experience we'll take you to challenging routes.
For the real daredevils we'll provide the opportunity to go canyoning just an hour from our place. For this activity we hire a profession canyoning instructor, he will give you an amazing half day experience. When you want to do this activity, let us now before you arrive. So we can arrange this for you. We have to ask for al small extra fee for this activity.
horse back riding:
It's also possible to have an ride from about 3 hours on a horse. The ride will bring you in the beautiful nature of sierra de las nieves. Multiple routes can be taken depending on your level of riding. For this activity we work together with a manage which have very good horseback riding guides. The manage is also very good for their animal.We have to ask for al small extra fee for this activity.
Yoga is good for the balance besides all these adventures sports. It calms your mind and restores your body. We'll both Yin and Yang types of yoga because it benefits you in different ways.
There are a lot of mythes about food: carbohydrates are bad for you, sugar is a drug an all fats are unhealthy. But are they true??
We want to help you with a healthy perspective about food. We believe pure products are the healthiest to prepare your meals with.
The 3 meals in our outdoor holiday in Spain are inclusive, breakfast and lunch is made for you, dinner we make together. If you want to drink a beer in the evening you can buy it from us.

The timetable during our outdoor holiday in Spain looks looks the same every day.
- We start early in the morning. Some days you have the option to join the power yoga lesson in our garden. After this we will enjoy breakfast. During breakfast we also make our lunchbox.
- After this we'll get ready for our daily outdoor activity (see above which ones this are)
- Lunch break we'll have at a terrace or somewhere in the nature. On the terrace costs are for your self. Nice to know is that for example a cup of coffee is just 1 euro.
- After lunch we'll continue with our outdoor activity
- At the end of the afternoon we'll arrive tired and happy at home . After a shower and relaxing time we'll prepare diner together.
- In the evening you can relax inside or outside in the garden, play a game or enjoy a relaxing yin yoga lesson.

Yoga teacher Jeannette Smelt, who lives the sportive and healthy live style, takes you to this outdoor retreat in the stunning environment of Andalusie, Spain. A moment away from your daily routine to find balans again! Bert and Grietje will invite you in there place in the middle of the natural surrounding of Sierra de las Nieves. Nature is still nature out here. Living, sporting, doing yoga and coocking TOGETHER makes this outdoor retreat unique. You'll find peace, energy and will return home inspired after a week.
Kind of yoga?
Jeannette will teach several yoga styles. In the morning a combination of Easy Flow Yoga and Power Yoga. And for the active people under us; come and join the "Run with Yoga" lessons. In this lessons you'll get to know breathing techniques that will benefit your running. Or join the outdoor activity which wil be different every day. In the evening will do relaxing Yin Yoga and after diner you can join us for a walk and/or meditation session.
