Every day you're able to do multiple outdoor activities.
Some of the outdoor activities:
We'll take you to a spot where are routes for every level. You can start at a level 3+ and climb until 7. We both are climbing instructors so you will be completely save up there. Just take the drill of rock climbing when you're here.
Trail running or hiking:
We take you to beautiful places in the nature of Sierra de las Nieves. We can hike to the highest point of Torrecilla or take long walks/runs choosing one of the many "senderos" of Andalusie.
In this typical Dutch sport you'll use strength, balance and climbing techniques to take the several obstacles. In a way it looks like the obstacle course like strong viking, but now every thing is build from nature. Check our photo's to get an idea or just try!!
This race you will compete in as a team. You can choose for a long (14 k ) or short (7 k) distance. During the race you have to go over obstacles, cross water, solve riddles etc. to find the right track.
Mountain biking in Andalusie is different and more challenging than in other places in Europe. Climbing and down hilling you have to do in every day trail. When you're a beginner we will teach you how to do this and when you got more experience we'll take you to challenging routes.
Yoga is good for the balance besides all these adventures sports. It calms your mind and restores your body. We'll offer both Yin and Yang types of yoga because it benefits you in different ways.

Yin yoga is all about total relaxation and letting go of tension. You'll stay in a position for several minutes and without force you'll sink in to it. Whit the help of your own breathing and gravity you get tension even from your connective tissue. Because space is getting more and more place in your body, energy can flow again threw your meridianen. Yin yoga is therefor seen as the feminine force. This form of yoga is also very benificial to stay in balance for power and endurance sports, because they use mostly the contractive force.
yang yoga / hatha yoga:
Yang yoga has multiple forms but al are active, more dynamic forms of yoga for example: power yoga yoga, asthanga yoga, vinyasa yoga and hatha yoga. With Yang yoga you'll build op power and endurance in your body. Its the male seen as the male energy in yoga. Position are on power and don't last that long. This yoga will give you warmth, strength and energy.
The classic Hatha yoga asanas have the of stimulation of the intern organs. It's characterised by asanas which are stable and comfortable for a short while. Hatha yoga increased popularity and new asanas were developed. This new asanas are working more on the extern body, like the mussels. The new goal was getting strong and fit.
Meditation comes in several forms during our yoga retreat in Spain. Next to the more standard forms on the mat we'll also offer walking meditation for example. We believe that meditation will benefit everybody to find more quiteness but that the form, place and duration is depending on the person and the moment/state of being your in. So don't make meditation into a competition against your self or others, where the winner will be the one who can sit still for hours. This is not the goal! Find stillness and awareness for yourself is, and this will be achieved in different ways. We'll guide you during this proces.

In a team you'll concur the challenges of this parcour. You can choose between 7 or 15.
Yin or Yang lesson. Duration is around 1,5 hour.
With a professional guide you'll climb the rock of your level! Price includes all needed material and is a day trip.
For personal training we're also offering you a great package. After an intake we'll work on your goals. Price is based on an hour personal training.
Training with small materials and your own body weight. Lesson from 4 persons on is 1,5 hour.
We can arrange tickets including bus transport to the starting point.
